Our products are built right here in our local manufacturing facility. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Clerk and front desk receptionist. This individual will be responsible for\n...\nperforming various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.\nResponsibilities\n• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members\n• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms\n• Develop and maintain company filing system\n• Update and maintain office policies and procedures\n• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers\n• Maintain contact lists\n• Basic Financial Tasks: handle processing invoices, submit and reconcile credit card and expense reports; and maintain spreadsheets as assigned.
